Todd Hudson is a locally grown chef and restaurant owner. He and his wife own and operate The Wildflower Café and Coffeehouse in a charming 101 year old renovated farmhouse in Mason, Ohio. Todd has worked in many restaurants around the city and got very interested in the ”local and organic” farm to table philosophy of preparing and serving food. He says, ”Our goal is to serve the best food and drink we can, while minimizing our impact on the Earth, and helping to generate a sustainable local food economy.” He is a member of the Chefs Collaborative, a farm to table organization founded by Rick Bayless, and he was recently invited to Rick’s home and a 2 day seminar at Kendall College, focused on local products and sourcing. He is currently working on a cookbook based on his culinary point of view. His burgers are a worthy contender in the burger wars raging locally. His menus change frequently and are full of flavor, beautifully and simply presented
