Growing up in Puerto Rico, Hector Esteve learned to be a paella maker from his grandfather. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati in Biology, Hector worked in research for 25 years. But when he started his business, Paella at Your Place, as a part time venture, its huge success soon had him stirring up flavor full time. He caters several parties every weekend, and has enlisted his wife and a friend to meet the demand.
