maple syrup is his favorite. Dan is a sophisticated farm boy with a passion for fresh ingredients. His love of cooking has enhanced his journey through professional ranks, and his catering wins rave reviews. He is one of our most popular chefs, and he loves to share his knowledge of cooking in his own unique way.
