Diane Phillips

Diane Phillips is the author of 14 cookbooks, including the James Beard Award nominated cookbook, "Perfect Party Food." A traveling cooking teacher, Diane teaches her easy, elegant, do-ahead approach to entertaining and home cooking across the country. Diane is a consultant to the food and beverage industry, having helped develop products for companies such as General Mills and Food maker. She appears on local media while touring, and has appeared nationally on PBS, NPR, and Martha Stewart Everyday Radio.

George Geary

Chef Bev Shaffer is a chef, culinary instructor, and author. As the Director of Mustard Seed Market's Cooking Schools in Cleveland, she has develped over 10,000 recipes! She was invited to present a Winter Comfort Food Workshop (with Brownies, oh my!) at the James Beard House in New York City. She has appeared on network and public television, has produced and hosted an award-winning cooking show, and appears in weekly radio cooking segements. Bev has been a Chef in Residence on www.vanilla.com, and has been chosen as a recipient of the International Culinary Writing Scholarships. She has edited, co-authored, and written cookbooks, including "Brownies to Die For," No Reservations Required," Mustard Seed Market & Cafe National Foods Cookbook," "Cookies to Die For!," and her newest cookbook, "Cakes to Die For!" to be released this spring.
