Executive Chef Curtis Sizemore of Bravo Italian Kitchen in Dayton, Ohio, earned his culinary degree from Columbus State and his BA at Ohio State University. His career with Bravo began in Columbus, took him to Cincinnati, and continues now at the Dayton location.

Ben Draughn started cooking quite young and apprenticed under several Dayton chefs. Ben began at Bravo’s as a dishwasher, and earned each advancement to his current position as Sous Chef.
