Bravo is like a familiar old friend—always reliable and always delivering what you expect, yet sometimes surprising you with something new and different.  Chef Curtis and Chef Ben will bring that familiar goodness and surprising freshness to you, so you can enjoy it and pass it on to your friends and family.  They will serve up classic Bravo fare, with a new item from their winter menu to try.  How delicioso!

Caprese

  • Flatbread with Roasted Tomatoes, Mozzarella di Bufala and Arugula

  • Frutti di Mare—pasta and seafood with
    a light tomato sauce

  • Halibut wrapped with Pancetta and Fresh Sage with a Brown Butter Vinaigrette

Executive Chef Curtis Sizemore of Bravo Italian Kitchen in Dayton, Ohio, earned his culinary degree from Columbus State and his BA at Ohio State University.  His career with Bravo began in Columbus, took him to Cincinnati, and continues now at the Dayton location.

Dayton native Ben Draughn started cooking quite young and apprenticed under several Dayton chefs.  Ben began at Bravo’s as a dishwasher, and earned each advancement to his current position as Sous Chef.
