Chef Sean Schmidt has pursued his culinary career in Cincinnati as the Executive Chef for Chef Choice Catering, Chef at Kingfish Grill in Symmes Township, and Executive Chef at Parker’s Blue Ash Grill.  Now Executive Chef for Kroger, Sean is managing and operating the Bistro in the new Kenwood Kroger Marketplace.  By training local chefs, Sean has developed a teaching style that is easy to follow for both beginning and more advanced cooks.
