He has included corn in every one of these recipes, so you can pick and choose the ones you‘d like to mix and match with the rest of your menu—or serve them all at once! Why not? Lifelong cook, Dan Berger, is the owner and chef of Maple Grove Farm Catering, in Lebanon. Dan produces a variety of foods on his farm, but maple syrup is his favorite. Dan is a sophisticated farm boy with a passion for fresh ingredients. His love of cooking has enhanced his journey through professional ranks, and his catering wins rave reviews. He is one of our most popular chefs, and he loves to share his knowledge of cooking in his own unique way.
